Puerto Rico has grown coffee for nearly 300 years. The island's volcanic soil, mountain elevation, and Caribbean climate produce beans with a character all their own — smooth, full-bodied, with a natural sweetness you can't fake.

PR Coffee Direct was born from a simple idea: connect the people growing this coffee directly with the people who want to drink it. No middlemen. No mystery blends. Just honest, traceable, extraordinary coffee from the farms we know by name.

Hurricane Maria destroyed 80% of Puerto Rico's coffee trees in 2017. We're not just selling coffee — we're rebuilding the industry that grows it. Every purchase makes a direct, measurable impact.

Every bag of coffee we sell plants a coffee tree in Puerto Rico's mountain region. In partnership with TechnoServe and the PR Dept of Agriculture, we're rebuilding the island's coffee supply one tree at a time.

5% of our net profits go to quarterly grants for small PR coffee farms — equipment, hurricane recovery, and certification costs. Real money, real farms, real impact. We publish an annual report showing every dollar.
